بررسی اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی روایتی بر بهبود بهزیستی روان‌شناختی زوجین ناسازگار

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی روایتی بر بهبود بهزیستی روان‌شناختی زوجین ناسازگار در یک طرح نیمه آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل انجام گردید. جامعة این پژوهش شامل کلیه زوجین ناسازگار مراجعه‌کننده مراکز مشاوره شهر اهواز سال 1398 بود. سی زوج به روش نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل اختصاص یافتند. شرکت‌کنندگان گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسة زوج درمانی روایتی شرکت کردند و شرکت‌کنندگان گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند و هر دو گروه در دو مرحلة پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون در متغیر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها به روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بین گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل پس از کنترل پیش‌آزمون در مؤلفه‌های بهزیستی روان‌شناختی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (001/0 p <). بنابراین، زوج درمانی روایتی می‌تواند به‌عنوان درمانی اثربخش برای بهبود بهزیستی روان‌شناختی زوجین ناسازگار مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
