بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش رضایت زناشویی همسران جانباز و آزاده

چکیده
خانواده مبنای شکل‌گیری زندگی اجتماعی انسان‌ها است و زوجین در خانواده نقش اصلی را بر عهده‌ دارند. رضایت زناشویی زمینه‌ی اصلی برای داشتن جامعه‌ی سالم است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش رضایت زناشویی همسران جانباز و آزاده شهر کرمانشاه انجام گرفت. 20 همسر جانباز از میان همسران جانباز و آزاده این شهر به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند، و به پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس و نرم‌افزار آماری
21--SPSS تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش رضایت زناشویی به‌جز در خرده مقیاس‌های مدیریت مالی، فرزند پروری، جهت‌گیری مذهبی و دوستان مؤثر است.  از آنجا که همسران جانباز و آزاده شرایط ویژه‌ای دارند، درمان پذیرش و تعهد می‌تواند به آنان کمک کند تا سطح رضایت زناشویی خود را بالا ببرند و نگرش واقع‌بینانه‌ای در زندگی اتخاذ کنند.

چکیده [English]

Family is the base of the human's social life formation and couples play the main role in family. Marital satisfaction is the backbone to have a healthy society. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness acceptance and commitment therapy on increasing marital satisfaction of Veteran and freedman wives in Kermanshah. From the population, 20 people were assigned into 2 experimental and control groups randomly to complete the Enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire. Multivariate analysis of covariance was used to analyze the by spss-21. Findings showed that acceptance and commitment therapy is effective in increasing the marital satisfaction except in subscales financial management, parenting, religious orientation and friends (p≥ 0/05). Since veteran & freedman wives have special condition, acceptance and commitment therapy can help them to enhance their marital satisfaction and take realistic viewpoint in life
