اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی متمرکز بر آسیب در کاهش نشانگان ضربه عشق در دانش‌جویان

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش تعیین میزان اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی متمرکز آسیب بر کاهش نشانگان ضربه عشق در دانش‌جویان بود. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود که طی دو مرحله نمونه‌گیری از دانش‌جویان دختر و پسر مقطع لیسانس در دانشگاه خلیج‌فارس، 30 دانش‌جوی مبتلا به نشانگان ضربه عشق به تصادف و بر اساس ملاک‌های ورود و نقطه برش در پرسش‌نامه ضربه عشق ریچارد راس در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. و پرسش‌نامه ضربه عشق راس برای نشانگاه ضربه عشق را تکمیل نمودند. گروه آزمایش 11 جلسۀ‌ 60 تا 90 دقیقه‌ای تحت مداخله رویکرد شناختی - رفتاری گروهی مایکل فری قرار گرفت و در گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای انجام نگرفت. نتایج نشان داد که 24/6 درصد از دانش‌جویان دارای نشانگان ضربه عشق هستند و این نسبت به‌طور معناداری در دانش‌جویان دختر بالاتر است. هم‌چنین، نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که با کنترل اثر پیش‌آزمون بین گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معناداری در کاهش نشانگان ضربه عشق وجود دارد. این تحقیق نشان داد که درمان شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر آسیب در کاهش نشانگان ضربه عشق اثربخش است

چکیده [English]

This research aimed at determining the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy on reducing love trauma syndrome in college students. Thise study was semi-experimental, with pretest posttest and control group.30 students with love trauma syndrome were assigned randomly to experiment and control groups based on inclusion criteria and cut-point of Love Truma Inventory. Participants responded to Love Trauma Inventory. Experiment group participanted in 11 sessions 60 to 90 minutes based on Michael Free–behavior cognitive group therapy, and control group not recived intervention Results showed that 6.24 percent of the students has love trauma syndrome, and this ratio was higher in female students, and the results of ANCOVA showed that, there is a significant difference between the experiment and control groups in love trauma syndrome. This study showed that trauma-focus cognitive-behavioral therapy is effective in reduction of love trauma
