بررسی کارکرد خانواده و اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی: نقش میانجی‌های باورهای ناکارآمد و مهارت‌های اجتماعی

چکیده

اختلال‌های اضطرابی یکی از شایع‌ترین اختلال‌های دوران نوجوانی و جوانی هستند و از مهم‌ترین انواع این اختلال‌ها می‌توان به اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی اشاره کرد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش مهارت‌های اجتماعی و باورهای ناکارآمد به‌عنوان میانجی رابطه بین کارکرد خانواده و اضطراب اجتماعی بود. روش پژوهش همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر است. جامعة این پژوهش کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر و پسر کلاس‌های دهم مقطع دوم دبیرستان‌های شهر شهرکرد بود. 1000 داﻧﺶآﻣﻮز ﭘﺴﺮ و دختر (500 دختر و 500 پسر) ﺑﻪ روش نمونهﮔﻴﺮی تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. شرکت‌کننده‌ها به مقیاس‌های کارکرد خانواده، مهارت‌های اجتماعی، باورهای اعتباربخشی شخصی و اضطراب اجتماعی پاسخ دادند. داده با استفاده از تحلیل مسیر و نرم‌افزار آماری AMOS و شاخص‌های برازندگی تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان دادند که مدل پیشنهادی از برازش خوبی برخوردار است، و ضرایب مسیر مستقیم کارکرد خانواده به باورهای ناکارآمد، خانواده به مهارت‌های اجتماعی، کارکرد خانواده به اضطراب اجتماعی، باورهای ناکارآمد به اضطراب اجتماعی و مهارت‌های اجتماعی به اضطراب اجتماعی معنی‌دار هستند. هم‌چنین متغیرهای مهارت‌های ارتباطی و باورهای ناکارآمد نقش میانجی مابین کارکرد خانواده و اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی در مدل را بر عهده دارند. در مجموع می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که برای درمان اختلال‌های اضطرابی لازم است مراقبت‌های همه‌جانبه‌ای شامل ارزیابی خانواده، دیگر ابعاد زندگی خانوادگی، کاهش باورهای ناکارآمد و تقویت مهارت‌های ارتباطی صورت پذیرد

چکیده [English]

Anxiety disorders are one of the most common disorders of adolescence and youth, and the most important types of these disorders are social anxiety disorder. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of social skills and dysfunctional belifes as the mediator of the relationship between family function and social anxiety. The design of research was correlation a path analysis. The population of this study was all girls and boys of the first grade high school students in Shahrekord. 1000 boys and girl’s high school students (500 girls and 500 boys) were selected randomly using multi-stage cluster sampling method. Participants responded to Family Functioning Social Skills, Dysfunctional Beliefs, and Social Anxiety Scales. Data were analyzed using path analysis, and AMOS statistical software. The findings showed that the proposed model has good fit, and are significant all of diret path coefficients of propositional model. Also, the communication skill and dsyfunctional beliefs are signification medications between family function and social anxiety. It can be concluded that for the treatment of anxiety disorders, comprehensive care should be taken, including family assessment, other dimensions of family life, reduction of dysfunctional beliefs, and strengthening communication skills
