بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی آدلری برآشفتگی زناشویی و تعارض بین‌فردی زوجین

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی آدلری بر آشفتگی زناشویی  و تعارض‌های بین فردی زوجین  بود. این پژوهش به صورت یک طرح نیمه تجربی از نوع پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل انجام گرفت. 12 زوج (24 نفر) دارای تعارض بین فردی و آشفتگی زناشویی مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره سازمان بهزیستی شهر سنندج انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (6 زوج) و کنترل (6 زوج) جایگزین شدند. مداخله درمانی در قالب مشاوره گروهی آدلری در 12 جلسه بر روی گروه آزمایش اجرا گردید. ابزارهای مورد استفاده برای اندازه گیری متغیرها پرسش‌نامه‌های تجدیدنظرشده  تعارض بین فردی زناشویی (R-MCQ) و آشفتگی زناشویی MSI-R)) بودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که مشاورۀ گروهی آدلری  موجب کاهش آشفتگی زناشویی و کاهش تعارض‌های بین فردی زوجین شده است. بر این اساس می‌توان بیان کرد که این درمان برای پژوهش‌گران و مشاوران حوزه خانواده جهت حل مشکلات ارتباطی  زوج‌ها کارساز است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of Adler's group counseling on marital disturbance and interpersonal conflicts in couples. This research was carried out as a semi-experimental design with pre-test, post-test and follow-up with the control group. Twenty four couples (n = 24) with interpersonal conflicts and marital disturbances referred to counseling centers of Sanandaj Welfare Organization were selected and randomly divided into two groups of experimental group (6 couples) and control group (6 couples). Treatment intervention with Adlerian group counseling method was conducted in 12 sessions on the experimental group. Instruments used to measure variables were Revised Marital Conflict questionnaire (R-MCQ). and Marital Satisfaction Inventory Revised (MSI-R). Data were analyzed using repeated measure ANOVA. The results showed that Adlerian group counseling in the post-test and follow-up stage reduced marital disturbance and reduced interpersonal conflicts among in couples. On this basis, it can be argued that this treatment is effective for researchers and family counselors to solve communication problems of couples
