بررسی اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر تاب‌آوری و حلّ مسأله در نوجوانان تحت دیالیز

چکیده

نوجوانان با نارسایی مزمن کلیوی با آسیب‌های متعدّد روانی و هیجانی مواجهه هستند و تقویت تنظیم هیجان می‌تواند در کاهش فشار روانی در آن‌ها مؤثر باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر بهبود تاب‌آوری و سبک‌های حلّ مسأله در نوجوانان تحت دیالیز در یک طرح نیمه آزمایشی انجام شد. 30 نوجوان تحت درمان دیالیز انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 n =) و کنترل (15n = ) واگذار شدند. شرکت‌کننده‌های گروه آزمایش تحت آموزش تنظیم هیجان قرار گرفتند. شرکت‌کننده‌ها پرسش‌نامه‌های تاب‌آوری و حلّ مسأله در مراحل قبل، بعد و دو ماه پس از جلسات مداخله تکمیل نمودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل واریانس تکراری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS انجام گرفت. برنامه‌ی آموزشی در بهبود تاب‌آوری و حل مسأله‌ی سازنده و کاهش حل مسأله‌ی غیرسازنده گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل مؤثر است؛ یعنی گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل نمرات تاب‌آوری و سبک حلّ مسأله‌ی سازنده افزایش و حلّ مسأله‌ی غیرسازنده کاهش یافته است. بنابراین، آموزش تنظیم هیجان می‌تواند در ارتقای تاب‌آوری و سبک حلّ مسأله‌ی سازنده در نوجوانان با بیماری مزمن کلیوی و تحت دیالیز مؤثر باشد

Adolescents with chronic renal failure are exposed to numerous psychological and emotional impairments, and reinforcing emotion regulation can be effective in reducing their psychological stress. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of emotion regulation training on improvement resilience and problem solving styles on adolescents under dialysis. A semi-experimental study was performed on adolescents under dialysis referred to Shiraz dialysis center in 2018. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, 30 people were selected and randomly assigned to experimental (n = 15) and control (n = 15) groups. The experimental group received emotion regulation training. Data were collected using Resilience Scale and Problem Solving Questionnaire before, after and two months after the sessions. Data were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance. The training program was effective in improving resiliency (F = 41.24) and constructive problem-solving (F = 51.53) and reducing non-constructive problem solving (F = 55.43) in the experimental group compared to the control group. The experimental group had higher resiliency and constructive problem -solving style scores than the control group. The F ratio obtained in the educational interventions was significant in improving resilience (56.37), constructive problem solving (63.66) and non-constructive problem solving (69.65) (p <0.001); This means that the subjects' scores in the experimental group increased from the pre-test to the follow-up in the resiliency and constructive problem-solving and decreased in the non-constructive problem solving. Therefore, emotion regulation training can be effective in promoting resilience and problem-solving style in adolescents with chronic kidney disease and under dialysis
