چکیده [English]

Identity is a requirement of the social system and any delay or deviation in the formation of a successful identity can lead to identity diffusion or crisis, resulting in many individual and social anomalies. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of Rumi’s integrated didactic counseling model training on strengthening national and religious identity. In a semi-experimental design with pretest-posttest and control group, the research population comprised all twelfth grade female students of Birjand art schools. 30 students were selected using cluster random sampling method from art school female students and the participants responded to Lotfabadi’s National and Religious Identity Questionnaire. The training program was performed in 8 sessions of 1 hour for the experimental group and the control group did not receive any intervention. The research data analysis using analysis of covariance and SPSS software indicated that Rumi’s integrated didactic counseling model training enhanced the national and religious identity of the experimental group compared to the control group. According to the obtained results, it can be said that as a result of Rumi’s integrated didactic counseling model training, national and religious identity is strengthened in children
