بررسی اثربخشی روان‌نمایشگری بر کاهش علایم وسواسی-جبری و افسردگی در زنان مبتلا به وسواسی-جبری

چکیده

چکیده
اختلال وسواسی-جبری یک اختلال ناتوان‌کننده است که می‌تواند عملکرد فرد را مختل سازد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی روان‌نمایشگری بر کاهش علایم وسواسی-جبری و افسردگی در زنان مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی-جبری در یک طرح نیمه آزمایشی انجام گرفت. جامعه‌ی این پژوهش شامل کلیه‌ی زنان مبتلا به وسواسی-جبری مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک‌های مشاوره شهر تهران بود. 24 بیمار زن مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی-جبری به صورت هدفمند و داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و به‌طور تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایش و گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. شرکت‌کنندگان به مقیاس وسواسی-جبری یل-براون و پرسش‌نامه‌ی افسردگی بک در مراحل پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون پاسخ دادند. شرکت‌کنندگان گروه آزمایش در پروتکل دوازده جلسه نود دقیقه‌ای مداخله روان‌نمایشگری شرکت کردند و گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس و نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که با کنترل نمرات پیش‌آزمون، اثر گروه بر کاهش نمرات پس‌آزمون متغیرهای افسردگی و وسواسی-جبری معنادار است. بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که در افراد مبتلا به علای وسواسی-جبری، مداخله‌ی روان‌نمایشگری می‌تواند مداخله‌ای مؤثر در بهبود و کاهش علایم وسواسی- جبری و افسردگی بیماران باشد.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder is a debilitating disorder that can interfere with a person's functioning. This research to aim was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of psychodrama on reducing obsessive-compulsive and depression symptoms in women with obsessive-compulsive disorder in a quasi-experimental design. The population of this study included all women with obsessive-compulsive disorder referred to counseling clinics in Tehran city. Twenty-four female patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder were purposefully and voluntarily select were assigned and randomly exponential and control two groups. Participants answered to the Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale and the Beck Depression Inventory in the pre-test and post-test stages. The participants in the experimental group participated in the twelve sessions, ninety-minute of psychodrama intervention and the control group not received any intervention. Data analysis was conducted using analysis of covariance and SPSS-22 statistical software. The results showed that controlling pre-test scores, the effect of the group on post-test scores of depression and obsessive-compulsive variables was significant. Therefore, it can be concluded that in people with obsessive-compulsive symptoms, psychodrama intervention can be an effective intervention in improving and reducing obsessive-compulsive symptoms and depression in patients.
