پیامدهای سوء استفاده جنسی کودکی بر کیفیت رابطه زناشویی زنان و مردان: یک مطالعه کیفی

چکیده

سوء استفاده جنسی از کودکان می­تواند بر بسیاری از زمینه­های زندگی بزرگسالان دارای این تجربه مانند روابط زناشویی اثر بگذارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر  بررسی تجربه زیسته پیامدهای سوء استفاده جنسی دوران کودکی بر کیفیت رابطه زناشویی زنان و مردان بود که با روش کیفی از نوع پدیدار­شناسی انجام شد.. در  پژوهش حاضر، 16 شرکت کننده (11 زن و 5 مرد) به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای جمع­آوری داده‌ها از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد و این روند تا زمان اشباع داده‌ها ادامه یافت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها مطابق با الگوی کلایزی انجام شد. تحلیل داده‌ها چهار مقوله اصلی را نشان داد که عبارتند از: پیامدها در رابطه عاطفی، رفتارهای مقابله‌‌‌‌ای ناکارآمد، پیامدها در رابطه جنسی و پیامدهای روان شناختی. این مطالعه نشان داد، سوء استفاده جنسی کودکی، در بافت زندگی زناشویی چگونه تجربه می­شود و چه پیامدهایی برای زندگی زناشویی در بر دارد. این پدیده رابطه عاطفی و جنسی شرکت کنندگان را تحت تاثیر قرار داده و  باعث پیدایش مشکلات روان شناختی و رفتارهای مقابله­ای ناکارآمد در میان آنان شده بود. بر اساس یافته‌‌‌‌‌های این پژوهش، می­توان نتیجه گرفت که تجربه سوء استفاده جنسی در دوران کودکی می­تواند تاثیرات طولانی مدتی بر زندگی افراد آسیب دیده بگذارد و بر کیفیت زندگی زناشویی آنان  تاثیر گذار باشد.

چکیده [English]

Child sexual abuse can affect many areas of the life of adults with this experience, such as their marital relationship. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the lived experience of the consequences of childhood sexual abuse on the quality of marital relationship in men and women using a qualitative phenomenological approach. In the present study, 16 participants (11 females and 5 males) were selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and this process continued until data saturation. Data analysis was performed using Colaizzi’s method. The results of data analysis revealed four main categories including consequences in emotional relationship, dysfunctional coping behaviors, consequences in sexual relationship, and psychological consequences. This study elaborated the experience of child sexual abuse in the context of marital life as well as its consequences for marital life. The results showed this phenomenon affected the emotional and sexual relationship of the participants and also led to psychological problems and dysfunctional coping behaviors among them.  Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the experience of sexual abuse in childhood can have long-term effects on the lives of the affected people and influence their quality of marital life.
