Abstract

The objective of the study: This study sets out to examine of the effectiveness of family therapy based Bowen emotion System on love styles and Intimacy among counseling applicant women, Sanandaj city.
Methodology: The design of the study is as experimental and pre test and post test conducted on the control group. The data population includes all of counseling applicant women of Sanandaj city, one of the provinces of Kurdistan. 30 subjects were selected at random from among the data population. Using the tools of love styles and Intimacy, the scales of independent variables of love styles and Intimacy women were measured within counseling applicant women (pre test) and in the end, based on random situation sampling, subjects were arranged in two 15- groups i.e. Bowen emotion System therapy and evidence group.
Results: The results of Multi Analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) showed that controlling pre test of significance level, all tests of variables of groups indicate the existence of a significant difference, at least with regard to the one of the dependent variables- love styles and Intimacy-, between counseling applicant women of experimental and evidence groups(p<0.001). Therefore, all hypotheses concerning the effectiveness of family therapy based Bowen emotion System on love styles and intimacy among counseling applicant women, were confirmed. Also, the findings of the study, furthermore, showed that family therapy based Bowen emotion System have almost a Persistent and Stable effect on love styles and intimacy after two month.
