بررسی و مقایسه درمان‌های ذهن آگاهی و ایماگوتراپی بر کاهش دل‌زدگی زناشویی در زوجین با همسر مبتلا به اختلال بیش‌فعالی/ نقص توجه

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و تأثیر درمان‌های ذهن‌آگاهی و ایماگوتراپی بر کاهش دل‌زدگی زناشویی در زوجین با همسر مبتلا به اختلال بیش‌فعالی/ نقص توجه در یک طرح نیمه آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل انجام گرفت. جامعۀ این پژوهش شامل کلیه زوجین با همسر بیش‌فعالی/ نقص توجه مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر اصفهان بود. 45 زوج به‌صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی به سه گروه درمان ذهن آگاهی (15 زوج)، درمان ایماگوتراپی (15 زوج) و کنترل (15 زوج) اختصاص یافتند. گروه آزمایش 1 در 8 جلسۀ 60 دقیقه‌ای درمان ذهن‌آگاهی و گروه آزمایش 2 در 10 جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای درمان ایماگوتراپی شرکت کردند و در سه مرحله پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری (سه‌ماهه) در متغیر دل‌زدگی زناشویی مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازع‌گیری های مکرر (آمیخته) تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بین گروه‌های آزمایش درمان ذهن‌آگاهی و درمان ایماگوتراپی با گروه کنترل در دل‌زدگی زناشویی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (001/0 ≥ P)، و این تأثیر در ایماگوتراپی بیشتر از ذهن آگاهی است. بنابراین درمان ذهن آگاهی و درمان ایماگوتراپی می‌توانند به‌عنوان روش‌های درمانی اثربخش برای کاهش دل‌زدگی زناشویی زوجین مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of current study was conducted to investigate and compare the mindfulness and imago therapy in reducing marital burnout in couples with hyperactivity attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. This study was a quasi-experimental design with pre-test, post-test and follow-up with control group. The study population consisted of all couples with spouse hyperactivity attention deficit who referred to counseling centers in Isfahan. 45 couples were selected and voluntarily randomly assigned to three groups of mindfulness (15 couples), imago therapy (15 couples) and control group (15 couples). Experimental group 1 participated in 8 sessions of 60 minutes of mindfulness training and experimental group 2 in 10 sessions of 60 minutes of imago therapy and were measured in three stages of pre-test, post-test and follow-up (three months) on marital burnout variable. Data were analyzied  using repeated measures analysis of variance (mixed). The results showed that there was a significant difference between the groups of mindfulness and imago therapy with the control group in marital burnout (p ≥ 0. 01) and this effect on imago therapy is greater than mindfulness. Therefore mindfulness training and imago therapy can be used as an effective treatment methods to reduce marital burnout in couples
