اثربخشی درمان ترکیبی شناختی-رفتاری و بیوفیدبک بر عملکرد جنسی و وضعیت زناشویی مبتلایان به واژینیسموس

چکیده

عملکرد جنسی و رضایت زناشویی به‌عنوان عوامل مؤثر بر یکدیگر، از موضوع‌های مهم حوزه بهداشت روان محسوب می‌شوند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان ترکیبی شناختی-رفتاری (CBT) و بیوفیدبک بر عملکرد جنسی و وضعیت زناشویی بیماران واژِنیسموس بود. بدین منظور، طی یک پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل، 20 زن مبتلا به اختلال واژینیسموس مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه روانپزشکی- روان‌شناسی آتیه تهران به شیوه‌ی نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و سپس به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 10 نفری جایگزین شدند. شرکت‌کننده‌های گروه آزمایش در طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه­ای، تحت درمان ترکیبی بیوفیدبک و شناختی-رفتاری قرار گرفت و شرکت‌کننده‌های گروه کنترل درمانی را دریافت نکردند. دو گروه در دو مرحله پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون در متغیرهای عملکرد جنسی و وضعیت زناشویی مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که اختلال جنسی و ناسازگاری زناشویی شرکت‌کننده‌ها در گروه آزمایش به‌طور معناداری از گروه کنترل کمتر است. بنابراین با توجه به این حقیقت که اختلال واژینیسموس عملکرد جنسی و وضعیت زناشویی بیمار را به‌طور گسترده مختل می‌سازد، به‌کارگیری درمان ترکیبی شناختی-رفتاری و بیوفیدبک می‌توان به بهبود عملکرد جنسی و وضعیت زناشویی آن‌ها کمک کرد..

Sexual function and marital satisfaction, as factors affecting each other, are considered as the important issues of mental health field. The purpose of current study was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy and biofeedback combination therapy on vaginismus patients sexual function and marital status. For this purpose, in a semi-experimental study with pretest–post-test and the control group, 20 women with vaginismus disorder referred to the Atieh psychiatry- psychology clinic in Tehran selected by purposeful sample method and then randomly, were assigned to two groups of 10. The experimental group participants received eight sessions of 90-minute cognitive-behavioral, and combination therapy, and while, the control group participants did not receive any therapy. The participants of two groups in pre-test and post-test stages were measured in terms of sexual function and marital status variables. The results of analysis of covariance indicated that experimental group’s in sexual dysfunction disorder and marital dissatisfaction variables is significantly lower than the control group. Therefore, with respect to the fact that vaginismus disorder significantly impaires patientś sexual and marital function widely, the use of cognitive-behavioral andbiofeedbackcombinational therapy can help them to improve sexual function and marital status.
