بررسی و مقایسۀ رضایت زناشویی، کیفیت زندگی، شادکامی و امید به زندگی در زنان با مدت ازدواج کمتر و بالاتر از 5 سال

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی و مقایسۀ رضایت زناشویی، کیفیت زندگی، شادکامی و امید به زندگی در زنان با مدت ازدواج کمتر و بیشتر از 5 سال بود. این پژوهش از نوع طرح‌های علی-مقایسه‌ای است. جامعۀ این پژوهش شامل کلیۀ زنان متأهل با مدت ازدواج کمتر و بیشتر از 5 سال شهر دزفول بود. 170 زن متأهل (85 زن متأهل با مدت ازدواج کمتر از 5 سال و 85 زن متأهل با مدت ازدواج بیشتر از 5 سال) شهر دزفول به روش نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند. شرکت‌کننده‌ها پرسش‌نامۀ رضایت زناشویی انریچ ((ENRICH، مقیاس کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی(WHO)، پرسش‌نامۀ شادکامی آکسفورد (OHI) و پرسش‌نامۀ امید میلر (MHI) را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون test-t نمونه‌های مستقل و نرم‌افزار 25-SPSS تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که زنان با مدت ازدواج کمتر از 5 سال در متغیرهای رضایت زناشویی، شادکامی و امید به زندگی از سطح بهتری نسبت به زنان با مدت ازدواج بیشتر از 5 سال محوردار هستند، اما بین دو گروه در متغیر کیفیت زندگی تفاوت وجود ندارد. بر اساس نتایج، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که گذشت زمان می‌تواند بر چگونگی واکنش نشان دادن افراد به ازدواج‌شان و چگونگی احساس‌شان نسبت به آن تأثیر بگذارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the current research was to study and compare marital satisfaction, quality of life, happiness, and life expectancy among women with either fewer or more than five years of marriage. This research design is casual-comparative. The statistical population of the research consisted of all married women with either less or more than 5 years of marital experience in Dezful city. 170 married women (85 married women with less than 5 years of marital experience and 85 married women with more than 5 years of marital experience) were recruited using voluntary sampling method. The participants filled out the ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire, World Health Organization's Quality of Life Scale (WHO-QOL BREF), the Oxford Happiness Inventory (OHI) and the Miller's Hope Inventory (MHI). The data were analyzed using the t-test and SPSS-25 saftware. The results showed that the married women with less than 5 years of marital experience have more levels of marital satisfaction, happiness and life expectancy, but there is not differences between the two group in  of quality of life variable. According to the results, can conclude that passing time can affect how couples react to their marital life and how they feel about it.
