شناسایی عوامل رشدی- حرفه‌ای دانش‌جویان در درس مشاوره‌ی گروهی انسان‌گرا

چکیده

در حرفه‌های یاورانه بخصوص مشاوره و روان‌درمانی، تربیت مشاوران کارآزموده برای ارتقای سطح سلامت روان افراد جامعه، امری بدیهی است و توجه به شیوه‌های تعلیم و تربیت آنها می‌تواند به ارتقای رشدی- حرفه‌ای مشاوران بینجامد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف، شناسایی عوامل رشدی- حرفه‌ای دانش‌جویان رشته‌ی مشاوره در درس مشاوره‌ی گروهی با رویکرد انسان‌گرا انجام گرفت. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی و با روش پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. جامعه‌ی این پژوهش شامل کلیّه‌ی دانش‌جویان کارشناسی رشته‌ی مشاوره‌ی دانشگاه بجنورد در درس مشاوره‌ی گروهی بود. ده دانش جو (شش دختر و چهار پسر) از میان چهل و هشت دانش‌جو که در چهارده جلسه‌ی دو ساعته درس مشاوره‌ی گروهی شرکت کرده بودند به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب گردیدند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از شیوه‌ی مصاحبه تا حد اشباع نظری انجام گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش کلایزی باعث شناسایی چهار مضمون اصلی (رشد مهارت‌های ارتباطی، انسجام گروهی، الگوگیری و عمومیت و رشد مؤلّفه‌های هوش هیجانی)، سی و چهار مضمون فرعی و یکصد و هشتاد مفهوم اولیه شد. بر اساس یافته‌های این مطالعه می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که عوامل شناسایی شده موجب تسهیل رشد شخصی و حرفه‌ای دانش‌جویان رشته‌ی مشاوره می‌شود. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند برای ترغیب دانش‌جویان مشاوره به شرکت در تجارب عملی مشاوره‌ی گروهی، تغییر نگرش اساتید در شیوه تدریس دروس مشاوره به صورت کاربردی و برنامه‌ریزان دروس دانشگاهی رشته مشاوره، جهت ایجاد تغییراتی برای ارتقای کیّفیّت آموزشی و تربیت مشاورانِ کارآمد و رشد یافته، سودمند باشد.

چکیده [English]

In assisted careers, especially counseling and psychotherapy, the training of experienced counselors to improve the mental health of individuals in the community is obvious, and paying attention to their training methods can lead to the professional development of counselors. The present study to aim was conducted to identify the professional- developmental factors of counseling students in group counseling course with a humanistic approach. This study was conducted qualitatively and using phenomenological method. The study population included all undergraduate counselors' students at Bojnourd University in group counseling course. 10 students (6 females and 4 males) were selected voluntarily among 48 students participated in group counseling course in fourteen two-hour sessions. Collecting data were conducted using using interview to the extent of theoretical saturation, and Colaizzi method. The data identified four main themes (development of communication skills, group cohesion, modeling and generalization and development of emotional intelligence components), thirty-four sub-themes and one hundred and eighty basic concepts. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the identified factors facilitate the personal and professional growth of counseling students. The results of this study can be used to encourage counseling students to participate in practical group counseling experiences, change the attitude of professors in the way they teach counseling in a practical way and planners of academic counseling courses, to make changes to improve educational quality and training efficient and developed consultants is beneficial.
